I need a room that is wheel chair accessible and has WiFi. I also need Tables and Chairs and accommodation 60 to 100 people

The Landing's community room is available for community related events only (no private parties or birthday parties).

Overview

Located between Panda Express and Verizon Wireless

Can seat up to 100 people
75 fold up chairs and four 6' tables available for use
Two restrooms located in the back of the room
NO kitchen facilities, therefore banquet or food-related events are not appropriate for this location
Available 8:00 am to 10:00 pm weekdays and
9:00 am to 10:00 pm weekends

Effective May 1, 2010 the following cleaning fees will be in effect for use of the community room:

Up to 4 hrs: $50
Over 4 hrs: $95
