We now have added an Art Walk to "Jazz Nights in July" to help support the Renton Arts Community! This is no charge to artists who wish to participate. WildFin is committed to delivering outstanding hand crafted food and beverage that will always exceeds expectations. Meet the new chef - Chef Dylan Keplinger. Chef Dylan went to Edmonds Community College for his degree in Culinary Arts. He has been lucky to work with many great chefs and teachers throughout his career. He also enjoys painting, playing his guitar, working out, camping, and baseball. Dylan’s favorite thing about working in this industry is the people. Not only who he works with but also the guests that come into his restaurant. His style is simple with big flavor. ”One of the hardest things to do is not to overcomplicate something that is great on its own,” Dylan says. He has been the Chef at the Issaquah location since it opened in September 2011. "I have had the distinct pleasure of being a part of Village Theater, SipFest, Grape Expectations, and Chamber of Commerce events, he says with a twinkle in his eye. He loves doing these events as it gives him the chance to get to know current and future guests. Dylan loves the feeling that every cook has after working a long busy day on the hot line, while challenging himself to reach that perfect shift, to have the ability to be creative and work with great ingredients and interesting people. Sometimes when he works the grill, he pretends that he’s on vacation at a beach cooking for his friends and family.
